Payments
Card payments made in our shop are processed using Cardstream Limited.
Payment providers may process information necessary to authorise and complete a transaction. We do not need to retain your full card details in order to maintain our normal customer and service records.
Workshop Bookings
We use Hubtiger to help manage workshop bookings and related customer and bicycle information.
Hubtiger may be accessed through a booking widget on our website or through links that take you to Hubtiger's own service. Information you provide when making a booking may therefore also be processed by Hubtiger in accordance with its own privacy practices.
Cycle to Work Schemes
If you purchase a bicycle or related products through a Cycle to Work scheme, we may need to collect, receive or share information with the relevant scheme provider to process and administer your purchase.
We currently work with providers including Cyclescheme, Cycle2Work and Green Commute Initiative. The information processed will depend on the requirements of the scheme you use.
CCTV
We operate CCTV at and around our shop for security, crime prevention and the protection of our customers, staff, premises and property.
Our CCTV system includes cameras within the shop and two external cameras covering the entrance area.
CCTV footage may be reviewed where reasonably necessary following an incident and may be shared with law enforcement authorities, insurers or other relevant parties where there is an appropriate reason or legal requirement to do so.
We retain CCTV footage only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless footage needs to be retained for longer in connection with a particular incident, investigation, insurance matter or legal requirement.
